Schatt Consulting AG becomes Viscon Treuhand AG

In 2010, Guido Schatt founded Schatt Consulting AG as a one-man business. Thanks to steady growth, after 11 years it was time for the next step in the company's development. Schatt Consulting AG will merge with Viscon Treuhand AG on 1 July 2021.

The two companies have already enjoyed a successful partnership for many years - the merger therefore comes at the ideal time. Even though the previous managing director of Viscon Treuhand AG, Peter Christen, has passed on the majority of shares in the company and is preparing for his retirement in the coming years, he will remain with the company as a partner with his enormous experience.
